Brass Solidarity

Alsa sings with local street activist brass band, Brass Solidarity (he’s also learning the trumpet!). Brass Solidarity shows up as a sonic occupation of George Floyd Square every Monday at 5:30, as well as playing music in solidarity with local organizations committed to justice

Penumbra Theater

Alsa has worked with Penumbra Theater on a number of different projects, including as a member of Racial Equity trainings, a writer for identity development curriculum, and a facilitator of post-play discussions.
